What do I send my estranged friend who just had a baby?

We were best friends until we graduated junior high then slowly grew apart through high school and she moved. I visit her every few months text a few times but that's about it. She just had a baby yesterday and I would like to send her something to let her know I'm happy and excited for her. I text her about it but wanted to do a little more. What should I send it? It's awkward because I'm jealous she has new best friends lol Anyhow.....We are 23 she is married and this is her second child, they are both boys.
