What constitutes stalking in California? Cyber-stalking? What laws were broken when my email was hacked?

California Penal Code �646.9(a) defines stalking as following or harassing another in such a way as to cause the victim fear for his/her safety or life or that of his/her family. Cyberstalking is only another way to violate �646.9(a). Penal Code � 502(c) makes it a crime to access another person's computer or in any way use or damage the contents thereof.
