Masculine shaped girl, wot should I wear? Help!?

I'm pretty tall for a girl(I'm 18) at like 5' 9/10ish" and Ive gt a masculine build which is annoying for when I want to buy stylish clothes suited to my figure! I need to know how best to hide my broad shoulders and manly arms, also i need help on what kind of top to wear for formal occasions and just what to wear in general! I like to show off my long shapley legs, but dnt know wot to wear on top to go with my pencil skirt + Black tights + heels for formal occasions?
