Is forwarding calls, then deleting messages without someones permission considered harrassment?

I have a protective order against my estranged husband and he recently forwarded my calls to his girlfriends #. My calls go directly to her voicemail. They have since deleted all of my recent messages and the ones I saved of him ranting that I was going to take to court. Is this illegal?
