TTC what should i do now?

OK So i stopped taking my pill just before the end of march cos my partner and i want another baby. i had a normal witdrawl bleed then wen my next period was due it was 3 days late very light and only lasted about 2 days. wen my next period was due it was also 3 more days late very light and lasted about 5 days. now my periods due next weekend but last night i woke up think i had wet myself a tiny bit to find it was blood i freaked out a little bit because iv never had an early period and iv never had a period come at night time that was so bad. its like a really big patch on my pants ( sorry for tmi ) iv already asked the question could it possibily be a miscarriage but my question now is wot do i do now? can i continue trying wen it stops like it just a period or wot cos i hear that after miscarrage u should wait a while but if its just an early period i can continue trying? wot should i do?
