Is Castle Gwynn in Tennessee open for tours all the time, or just during the Renaissance Festival?

I'm going to Tennessee next month, and I was looking forward to seeing Castle Gwynn. But everything online says "Tour during the renaissance fair." That was last month. Can I still tour? Or even just go on my own?
