Positve reasons to reunite with my child?

My little girl and I have been estranged for 2 1/2 years. I've been trying to see her again, however, her father wants me to provide documented contention that it is in her best interest to reunify with her biological mother. I am having trouble putting together something that is quantifiable and not filled with emotion. Suggestions?
