PLZ HELP ME YOU ALL ...............I'M HAVING A PROBLEM....?

OK here is the my problem (if at all it is a problem!).well i met a girl 10 years ago & we were just friends then. she was 3 years younger than me.then we got estranged from each other 8 years ago.but suddenly i found her out on a social networking site a few days ago started talking to her.i loved her from the very first day i saw her but because we both were in our school going age i couldn't tell her about my feelings.but now i have already told her that.she said she had no such feelings but would love to continue the friendship with me. i then asked her her phone no but she denied to give it to me.but yesterday she said that she will give me her phone no after her exams are over but this time i didn't ask for the no she herself offered it to me. i am studying in university & she is in college & we are very frank while talking. now is there any chance of a relationship between us?
