Ebay Refund for a fake product?

so i was on ebay yesterday and i was looking for some beats by dre headphones. i seen some beats by dre tours and they were 65 dollars plus 5 for shipping. so i noticed they were fake because he later sent me some pictures when i asked him if they were. i did some research on youtube and google on how to spot fakes and i found out the beats by dre box is suppoused to have an extra fold and the dr dre picture on the back isnt supposed to be so dark. but since i had already ordered them, what should i do to get my money back? they havent arrived yet but i was wondering if i should wait and get them and figure out if they really are. (p.s. i payed by paypal if this matters)
